Manik Pujara

Manik’s passion for numbers sparked early in life after frequently helping his father evaluate projects in his property development business in the heart of India, New Delhi, as young as 13. It's no surprise that Manik has ended up as director of an accounting firm!

Manik joined Patison in 2019 as his values aligned closely with the business’ having a family and community focus, wanting to make a positive impact and enjoying relationships with multigenerational clients. He has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate advisory, strategy, investment analysis, due diligence and corporate governance. Manik’s career has spanned across NFPs to ASX listed companies which enabled him to better understand an organisation’s value chain and led to advancement of key skills in the areas of setting of vision and strategy, talent management, communication, business development and stakeholder engagement. Converting strategy into results is what he does best.

In Manik’s day-to-day, he loves knowing that he’s making a difference in the lives of his clients, helping them navigate cash flow, operational or technological challenges. Another aspect of the Patison clients Manik thoroughly enjoys is the variety of industries that we work with – builders one minute, manufacturers or logistics the next.

Manik’s weekends are filled with refereeing his son Viaan and daughter Shayna. Viaan is crazy about dinosaurs which has led to Manik having a surprisingly thorough knowledge of prehistoric reptiles. Shayna never misses a beat and keeps Manik and his wife on their toes with her unicorn obsession. Otherwise, you’ll find Manik enjoying a good whisky and taking in some cricket, footy or tennis.
